For ten years now, Château Fayat has resolutely pursued its questof excellence.Coming from three types of soils and subsoils, the 31 plots that make up the Château Fayat, offer a unique complexity that makes its signature.A veritable mosaic of terroirs: sand, clay and gravel rub shoulders on these15hectares.
The 2020 vintage is currently being aged in our cellars, it will be available to you from September 2022.
The 2020 vintage will carry the new label, which is currently being created.

Deep gravel, sandy brown soils; sandy - silty on clay; ancient sands on clayey sub-layers

BREEDING
12 months, 80% in barrels including 50% new wood and 50% wine, and 20% in vegetable polymer egg, in amphorae, in wine globe

The order of en primeur wines gives rise to the payment of a deposit of the total amount of the price excluding taxes and delivery costs. Upon receipt of your order accompanied by payment, we will send you a paid pro forma invoice excluding VAT. After the wines have been made available by VCFD, i.e. spring 2022 for the 2020 vintage, we will send the final invoice showing:
- VAT calculated at the rate in force on the day of invoicing (currently 20%)
- Transport costs calculated per 75 cl bottle and/or 1.5 L Magnum
Please note, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of en primeur wines.
